Hybrid Wet Electrostatic Precipitator
It is an Electrostatic Precipitator to clean gases containing dust with water saved type scrubber (disposing the dust by vigorously contacting with saved water) and an electrostatic precipitator part. It is able to collect a wide range of dust steadily in two treatment parts.
Wet Electrostatic Precipitator
Electrostatic Precipitator cleans gases containing dust with an electrostatic precipitator part. Sucked dust is charged with negative electron from a discharge electrode and separated from the air, and then collected in dust collecting electrodes. Dust collecting electrodes and discharge electrodes are cleaned by been sprayed with circulated water after they stop.
Dry Electrostatic Precipitator
It is an Electrostatic Precipitator to collect solid particles such as dust and fumes at dust collecting electrodes by charging negative electron to the particles. Water treatment equipment is not necessary since treated water is not used. Treating dust is easier than a wet type one.
DB COLLECTOR
“D.B Collector” developed by SUNTECHNO is an oil mist collector to collect fine fumes such as submicron ones.
It is able to collect and filter fumes that cannot be collected enough by an inertial impaction collected device.
C.F COLLECTOR
It is a filter type collector suitable for collecting gases and oil mist which the ratio of submicron particles is over 50%. The performance is best as an oil fume collecting device because it can meet the environment strict regulations. A special filter material with glass fiber is used for its element.

Super fumer
It is a white smoke treatment device based on a wet type filtration method. It’s suitable for chemical reaction gases which its submicron particles is over 50%. A super fumer is able to eliminate fine dust and fumes that not be eliminated with a packed bed spray type scrubber. It can change the color of flue gases from white to colorless.
WP Separator
It is a device based on “Inertial impaction theory” which separates oils by the differences of the density of materials with putting obstacles in the current of air. “WP SEPARATOR” having an original wave plate is suitable for collecting coarse-grained particles.
DEMISTLE
It is a device based on “Inertial impaction theory” which separates oils by the differences of the density of materials with putting obstacles in the current of air. “DEMISTLE” is also suitable for collecting fine oil mist.
