  • It is easy to quick-release from outside because a wire mesh element is divided into convenient size and weight.
  • A filter cloth is cylindrical. Its top has a hook system and its bottom has a band fixed system so that it is easy to change it.
  • It is able to use both of positive and negative pressure. The machine is fully equipped with decks and steps for its maintenance.

Product blueprint

  • It is fully equipped with an inertial impaction collected demister in front and a filter cloth its behind .
  • A filter cloth is double bottom constituted by a tube sheet and a hopper. It changes the number of them based on amount of exhaust been treated.
  • Collected oil mist are discharged to a liquid sealing drain pot from 2 parts which are a tube sheet and a hopper.
  • It is a device based on “Inertial impaction theory” that separates oil etc. from the air by setting barricade in the air in aspect of a difference of density of a substance.
  • “WP Separator” having an original bent plate is suitable to collect coarse particles.
  • “DEMISTOL” is suitable to collect fine oil mist.
